CMBA-Service Fees Monthly - Winter

Choose this option if paying the remaining annual Service Fees over 12 installments. In addition to the Annual Membership Fee, the annual Service Fees are payable in 1-12 installments. Your commitment is for only one winter season at a time. When using this link, pay by adding the monthly fee as shown on our pricing page (or as otherwise instructed by the admin in relation to a quoted rate) to the shopping cart. To pay your annual service fees monthly for the next 12 months, choose this option. To alternatively spread your fees over 2-11 installments, we will provide you with a specific email invoice to pay online. For Pay-As-You-Go accounts, please switch to the CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Service Fees - Winter option. This plan renews automatically each month but you must select the Pay Monthly option at checkout. You may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to the annual renewal, or once all seasonal fees have been paid in full.
